Terms & Conditions - the basics
Having said that, menu items, prices, availability, and product details may change. Orders, reservations, and custom cake requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Customers are responsible for reviewing order details, dates, quantities, designs, and contact information before confirming.
Custom orders may require advance notice, design approval, a deposit, or a separate written quote. Handmade products may vary in appearance from reference photographs.
Payment methods, deposits, balances, and deadlines will be communicated before an order is accepted. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms will be disclosed for the applicable order. Deposits are not automatically nonrefundable. Any amount retained or cancellation charge must be consistent with the agreed terms, work performed, and applicable law. Contact us promptly to request a change, cancellation, or refund.
Customers must communicate known allergies and dietary requirements before ordering. Products may be prepared or handled in environments where common allergens are present, and cross-contact may occur.
Please contact us for product-specific ingredient information. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free product unless we have specifically confirmed that assurance and can substantiate it. Nothing in these Terms waives food-safety obligations or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
What to include in the T&C document
Generally speaking, our original photographs, text, branding, graphics, and other protected website content are owned by or used with permission by the relevant rights holder. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially use protected content without permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You agree not to use our website for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, or legal obligations. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate website information and reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed and exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses where such exclusions are legally enforceable.
